    NOTICE INVITING TENDER No. 01/2019

    UGC-DAE CSR, Kolkata Centre of the Consortium invites separately sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of the following item(s).:

  • New Battery Bank -1 set (with buy-back quote for existing used SMF battery) Set of 30 Nos. SMF Batteries of rating 12V-100 AH (Preferable make PANASONIC / EXIDE / QUANTA or equivalent make) with three years waranty.
    (Detail as per Tender document No IUC-KC/PUR/0227).

  • New Battery Bank -1 set (with buy-back quote for existing used SMF battery) Set of 40 Nos. SMF Batteries of rating 12V-75 AH (Preferable make PANASONIC / EXIDE / QUANTA or equivalent make) with three years warranty.

  • NIM based detector 3 KV bias supply for Scintillator Detector - 2 Nos.
    (Detail as per Tender document No IUC-KC/PUR/0258).

  • Turbo based pumping station with scroll pump as backing pump for generating high vacuum range which is free of hydro carbons.
    (Detail as per Tender document No IUC-KC/PUR/0254).

  • Dual channel (16 K) MCA which interfaces via USB to the host computer
    (Detail as per Tender document No IUC-KC/PUR/0252).

  • Integral assembly of a LaBr3(Ce) scintillator detector assembly : 2 Nos
    (Detail as per Tender document No IUC-KC/PUR/0253).


(Tender should be valid for acceptance upto three months from date of receipt)


  • Cost of tender document: Rs. 200/- for each item, payable by Demand Draft in favour of "UGC-DAE CSR, KOLKATA CENTRE" (non-refundable)

  • Detailed tender document can be obtained in person or by post/fax/e-mail from Administrative officer –I (Stores), UGC DAE, CSR at the above-mentioned address, after paying the cost of tender document. The details of the tenders are also available on our website www.iuc.res.in

  • The Tender Document can also be down loaded from the website www.iuc.res.in. In case the Tender Document is down loaded from the website, the Tender Document cost Rs. 200/- in the form of Demand Draft shall be submitted along with the Tender. Such tenders, if received without tender fee, will not be considered.

  • The bidder should be of high repute, well established and should have sufficient experience in execution of similar equipment to actual user.

  • Tender document will be available on all working days- Monday to Friday (10.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs.)

  • Last date for receipt of Sealed Tender/Bid document at the above address is 11/03/2019 at 16.00 hrs.
