    NOTICE INVITING TENDER No. 02/2017

    On behalf of the Director, UGC-DAE CSR, Kolkata Centre of the Consortium invites separately sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of the following item(s).:

  • Multi-channel pre-amplifiers for use with ionization / charged particle detectors (tender No IUC-KC/PUR/148)

  • Multi-channel pre-amplifiers for use with integrated bias supply and timing filter amplifier (Tender No IUC-KC/PUR/146)

  • Multi-channel spectroscopy amplifier with timing filter (Tender No IUC-KC/PUR/145)

  • Pre-amplifier for use with charged particle detectors (tender No. IUC-KC/PUR/159-A)

  • 19" NIM Bins with 600 W Power Supply (Tender No IUC-KC/PUR/147)

  • 8 Channel 14 bit 500 M/s digitizer (tender No. IUC-KC/PUR/149).

  • 8 Channel digitizer with 250M/s sampling (Tender No. IUC-KC/PUR/160-A).

  • General Purpose Low noise charge sensitive pre-amplifier to accept signals from Proportional Counter (Tender No. IUC-KC/PUR/158).

  • Pre-amplifier for charged particle ionization detectors (Tender No. IUC-KC/PUR/158-A).

  • BaF2 detectors (Tender No. IUC-KC/PUR/159).

  • Intel Based Servers (Tender No. IUC-KC/PUR/154).


(Tender should be valid for acceptance upto three months from date of receipt)


  • Cost of tender document: Rs. 200/- for each item, payable by Demand Draft in favour of "UGC-DAE CSR, KOLKATA CENTRE" (non-refundable)

  • Detailed tender document can be obtained in person or by post/fax/e-mail from Administrative officer –I (Stores), UGC DAE, CSR at the above-mentioned address, after paying the cost of tender document. The details of the tenders are also available on our website www.iuc.res.in

  • The Tender Document can also be down loaded from the website www.iuc.res.in. In case the Tender Document is down loaded from the website, the Tender Document cost Rs. 200/- in the form of Demand Draft shall be submitted along with the Tender. Such tenders, if received without tender fee, will not be considered.

  • The bidder should be of high repute, well established and should have sufficient experience in execution of similar equipment to actual user.

  • Tender document will be available on all working days- Monday to Friday (10.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs.)

  • Last date for receipt of Sealed Tender/Bid document at the above address is 23/03/2017 at 16.00 hrs.
