7 Tesla Squid

A 7 Tesla SQUID magnetometer with an ever-cool dewar has been recently installed at the Kolkata centre as a part of the high magnetic field facility being created under the aegis of DST, Govt. of India.
The squid facility provides dc magnetization and ac susceptibility measurements up to 7 Tesla field in the temperature range 2K-330K. |
