Optical Spectroscopy

The inverted fluorescence microscope enables high-resolution visualization of live and fixed cells under physiologically relevant conditions. Inverted design allows easy imaging of samples in culture dishes, flasks. The fluorescence capability permits the detection and tracking of specific biomolecules, organelles, and signaling pathways using fluorescent dyes or genetically encoded markers.
