Smt. Ph.D. Degree of University of Calcutta was awarded to Ms. Debasmita Ghosh for her thesis titled Some Aspects on Synthesis of Functionalized Luminescent Group II-VI Semiconductor Nanoparticles and Biological Applications with Particular Reference to Probing and Cellular Effects under the supervision of Dr. Abhijit Saha. Smt. R Chakrabarti, was awarded the Doctoral Degree, by the University of Calcutta, for her thesis titled Spectroscopic study of A ~30 nuclei spanning the region from the valley of stability towards the island of inversion under the supervision of Dr A K Sinha with Dr S S Ghugre as the Associate Supervisor Shri.
